Freshman Casidy Callahan led the Deacs in the second day of the HPU VertKlasse Meeting shattering two Wake Forest school records. Callahan placed first first in the hammer throw with amark of 52.90m breaking the school record previously set by her at the Wake Forest open on March 21st with a throw of 52.30m.Callahan also placed first in the discus with a throw of 47.88m breaking the current school record held by Britt Boshamer with a throw of 45.82m set in 1992.
